Fall, 2010
It has been a busy, exciting first quarter in the Fourth Grade!!
The fourth graders participated in the school/parish P.A.I.L. Project. We collected food items, small toys and school supplies for the people in Fr. Roosevelt’s parish in Haiti. The items were packed in large buckets that Father will give to his parishioners at Christmas! The students helped to plan the All-School Liturgy that we celebrated with Father.
The fourth graders took a trip, with the second graders, to see some of the entries in the Grand Rapids Art Prize Contest. We had a wonderful, sunny day to wander around Downtown! We ate lunch outside at Rosa Parks Circle. We also wnt into the Ford Museum, the Art Museum,a nd the Van Andel Museum to vieww some of the art work.
The fourth graders are “special friends” with the Kindergarteners again this year.
